Valerie previously worked as a live-out nanny, housekeeper and cook for a family for 10 years, caring for twin girls. This position ended due to the family moving out of the country.  She is also a retired Opera Singer, and lived in Italy for 5 years.  She is fluent in Italian.  She loves all animals as well, and was raised with cats. She is an excellent cook, with an emphasis on healthy gluten free meals. However, she can cook and bake anything that is required. We are also willing to work separately on some assignments if needed.  We look forward to working with you.
