An ideal home stay for now is weekdays in Tampa/South Florida area or long weekends away. In 2022 I'll be open for a week+ stays within US. If overseas it's best to have access to homeowners car, bike or local transportation.
For work I manage clients and writing assignments from computer. In my travels I've babysat Alpacas to show Horses (avid rider), to exotic fish. I've ran estates on Long Island and hosted student travelers in my home. I'm a whiz at technology and do-it-yourself projects. I don't shy away from handling home emergencies.

My husband, David Mobley, and I are retired and living the good life at the beach in Florida. We are very experienced animal/pet lovers and are great at administering love and affection to pets. We recently lost our 23 year old cat and a year earlier, our 19 year old cat. In prior years we have had dogs, horses and various farm animals. I retired from education and David retired from the insurance field. We are Paula and Jim and have been retired for nearly 4 years. We have been married for 14 years and have four children. We live in WI in the summer and in FL in the winter.We are excited about this new chapter of our lives and plan to spend time traveling and house sitting, when possible. We have both had long careers at a gas and electric utility. I am retired Delta flight attendant after 38 years of service. I loved my job and flew on-board leader almost my entire career. Delta airlines requires background checks. sometimes wish I had not retired as I miss my international travels and interested in sitting worldwide. I am single non-smoker with no children and no family that lives near me. I spend most days going to workout, play golf, tennis, most anything that keeps me active. I am thankful to have great health and work at keeping it that way. I also love playing guitar and take dance classes. I am also fortunate to have lots of great friends who all get together weekly for games and fun. I am a member of book club which meets once a month. I have a small yard but enjoy getting and and planting beautiful flowers.
