My wife and I are both retired and available year round. We are interested in larger properties requiring management and coordination of help. I have extensive experience in construction and management as well as practical experience maintaing pools, gardens, running equipment and tractors. We are both pet lovers and are capable of caring for horses and small farms. My wife and I are both proficient in Spanish. Longer term stays are preferrable but we are flexible. We are new to house sitting so have no references other than personal/professional references. We are clean and organized, non-smokers and no pets (we lost our border collie last year).
