I have not "House Sat" before but have taken care of many properties and stayed in a wide variety of European vacation villas, including the "Castello di Brolio" in Chianti and long-term apartments in the Etoile section of Nice.
Swapped with friends in Europe for many years, mainly Barjac and Lourges in Provence.
I downsized our house of 30 years in Greenwich CT and want to experience living in other parts of the US or the world, especially in the winter months.
