Sean house sat at our Kahala home for 10 months (June 2016-March 2017 ). We moved from Hawaii and Sean house sat while the house was listed for sale. He worked with the realtor to maintain the house and accommodate showings. He performed minor repairs. We left much of our furniture in the house for staging. I was a full-time caretaker for a $4 million house on the market for 9 months. My responsibilities included maintaining the home in perfect condition for weekly open houses and special visits.
