My wife, Anne, and I are retired and love to travel. She is a former CPA with a law degree and I am a former U.S. Federal Agent and municipal police detective. We love pets but have none of our own due to our travel. We are non-smokers and very responsible people who look forward to helping others by house and pet sitting. We have experience as luxury house sitters for cats (in Upton, Massachusetts for three months); a large Great Pyrenees dog (in Santa Fe, New Mexico for one month), and for two dogs in Pebble Beach, California (two weeks). We also sat with farm animals in Normandy, France for two weeks (geese, ducks, chickens and sheep).

Anne and Darryl did a wonderful job! It takes a lot of trust to turn your home and pet over to people you do not know, the Ledoux made that easier. Darryl was interested in getting a written agreement so we would all understand things the same way. They came to our home in advance of the assignment getting to know both us and our dog. They cared for everything for our month away and we could not be more pleased.
