I managed Barbara's property here in Colorado Springs since 2011. I scheduled annual furnace cleanings, maintained the winterization and start-up of the sprinkler system, contracted with a tree trimming service to trim tree limbs around the roof line, had the sewer line cleaned-out each year of tree roots, and maintained other interior/exterior maintenance.
