I am a trustworthy 64 year-old adult who is great with animals (dogs, cats, birds, alpacas, you name it!) and lives a very clean and neat lifestyle.  My passion for animals in unbounded. I work from wherever I am, given a good internet connection. I have travelled extensively in my life and am comfortable nearly anywhere. I have completed about 50 house/pet sits in the last seven years, in France, Italy, England, New York, New Jersey, San Francisco and the Bay Area, Portland, OR, San Diego, and more. Steven was great! Took care of my sweet dog Adak over a long weekend in the middle of Alaska\'s dark winter, earthquake included! Really appreciated his thoroughness (I need to provide more details in my guidebook) when asking me the questions for information I should have provided. House was in tip top shape and Adak was super happy. Thanks Steven for being thorough, kind to Adak, and cleaning my fridge! It\'s like my mom visited.

Having Steven Pet/house sit for me was like winning the 10 million dollar Jackpot in Las Vegas! From our first communication he was clear, caring and accomodating. He went above and beyond to show me his enthusiasm and capability. He met with me a few days before the house sit started, which made my departure so much less stressful. He was attentive to all my instructions and had absolutely no problem handling all 5 of my animals. While I was on my trip he was just perfect, assuring me that everyone was okay and giving me updates. (which I asked for) I came home to a super clean (Cleaner than I had left it) house and happy cats and dogs who had been clearly well cared for. I will beg Steven to house sit for me again next time and I know my fur babies will be delighted to see him if he accepts. Steven is Completely trustworthy with your most precious loved ones! I loved Steven. Very good at communicating from the beginning. I was able to meet him in person before house sit because he was already in town nearby house sitting for someone else. He is a very personable and very nice to talk to. He also has a really cute dog of his own and made me feel at ease for taking care of my home and 2 dogs, especially the first one who is rather picky and can be difficult with eating and walking. He showed up on time, really took time reading the welcome guide, fed my dog's heart worm med that was due when he was here and put medicated ointment on one of my dog's scar on head. You can tell he loves dogs and is caring. Out of numerous pet sitters I've had pleasure of working with, he is the first person to give me really detailed background info about himself and voluntarily gave me a police background check certificate. I really appreciated that. He sent me pictures and videos. Home was so clean when I came back and he even cleaned my stove top- I'm sorry I left it so dirty!!! I feel bad! My dogs and home were taken care of very well. I really wish he can come stay at my place again for our July trip but unfortunately he has to be home for his little pup! Thanks Steven, I hope we will see you again in the future.

Steven was absolutely fantastic. We were able to really enjoy and relax on our vacation because our home and pets were in such great care. Steven gave me daily updates on my two cats along with pictures via whatever online messenger service works best for both of you (we did Facebook messenger). It was so easy and such peace of mind. He left our house even cleaner than we had left it to him, including cleaning out the refrigerator! He was a dream come true! He even came a day early so he could meet ups and learn the ropes of our home and animals before we left on vacation. Would love to have him back again and again.

Steven stayed at my home for almost 3 weeks to take care of my dog and cat while I was traveling in Europe. He planned his trip to arrive a few days early and leave a few days late, in case either of us had any travel-related issues (fortunately we didn't have anything come up, but knowing our pets would have been ok was a relief). Immediately, my pets were drawn to Steven and his kind nature. I knew right away that they would be in good hands. Throughout my trip, I would get updates and pictures of the animals. Nothing over the top or too frequent, but enough to know that they were happy and in good hands. And while we were gone, Steven took great care of our home as well. I know he took the time to really clean the apartment at least once while we were away. Everything worked out great with Steven, and I would highly recommend him to stay with your pets and/or house. In fact, we have already asked him to come back for another pet-sit when we are traveling again later this year!
