First of all, the dates are flexible. Anything from 1 week to 2 months would be possible during summer. We live in the beautiful and quiet Extremadura. The finca is located at 3km from the local village. You will be surrounded by nature with a little river being part of the property to cool down during siesta time. We have chicken, a cat and a dog that are looking forward to meet you. As the place is autonomous (own well and solar electricity), we are looking for responsible people that can turn on a generator, water pump, and do not freak out if things aren't the same like in a city flat. This is an official patrimonial house that dates from the 1600s. The historic property is 45 minutes south of Barcelona in the wine growing region where cava (sparking wine) is produced. It is just 10 minutes drive down the road to pristine local Mediterranean beaches. The property features a tranquil walled in garden. It is situated in a tiny village but also close to everything you might need (shopping, restaurants, etc.)
