Hi all,
Looking for someone (couples ok) to look after our home in Co Cavan while we are at a wedding abroad for a week.
We have a seperate 2-bed cottage (which we normally rent on airbnb) which you can stay in, own sitting room, bathroom, kitchen also. The cottage is right beside the main house.
The main house is large and old so we just require someone to keep an eye on it and tend to the animals while we're gone. The animals are several cats, three donkeys and chickens.
We will be in the main house for the first day so you have plenty of time to learn the ropes!

We live in the tranquil countryside in beautiful Connemara, 2 miles/3.2 km from the bus stop, so unless you love walking you need your own transportation. If you want to get away from it all, this is the place for you. We occasionally need someone to house sit and take care of a kelpie dog, 1 cat and 2 hens. The dog is very friendly once he gets to know and trust you. Our cat is very friendly, but she's a cat so it's on her terms. The hens are very easy to take care of and very friendly. Hello there,
We have a property in Delgany, County Wicklow. Its really on the border of Greystones. Its a street over from where the Prime Minister of Ireland lives, so the location is absolutely beautiful.
There are so many lovely hikes, and some stunning beaches, this area is a crown jewel of Irelands East Coast.
The property is brand new, very specious, views of the sea etc.
In terms of our situation; we have 1 young cat, a British Shorthair. She's only 1 year old. She is very timid and shy, but very playful and loving once she feels safe. She never meows or cries (so she wont wake you up!!) She is a beautiful soul, and we really would like someone to be able to be there for her and support her, whilst we are away. Tasks will be:
-Feeding in late morning, she normally eats at 10am or 11am!
-Cuddles and a bit of play time during the day would be great
-Feeding at night, around 7pm or 8pm

A cozy, bright 2 bedroom terraced cottage where the river Liffey flows into Dublin Bay. A 25 minute walk to the city centre, the area is quiet and serene and contains every possible amenity: parks, beaches, playground, sporting pitches, marina all within a 25 minute walk of the city centre. Very good public transport links are right in the neighbourhood and it is a 25 minute cab ride from Dublin airport. But there are also very good bus links to the airport. The house is equipped with cable tv, wireless broadband, washer, gas fired central heat. There are 3 dogs resident who are the primary reason for a house sitter. One is an 11 yro old lurcher (greyhound/wolfehound mix) who is quite bossy. The 2 little guys are 5 yro brothers who are some sort of jack russel mix. They are loving and very affectionate.They all require regular bathroom walks.
