These are approximate dates. A cottage on 21 acres in a small valley located 1 1/2 miles off-road (4x4 mostly to access) in the forest, lots of nature [frontier/adventurous types - if fear of spiders, snakes or of being trapped (property behind two storm creeks and in the forest where a large downed limb or tree will need cut through with my chainsaw) this might not work], a small 15x17 herb/vegetable garden, and mowing (large or small area your choice), presently no pets; but, I have been feeding the birds each winter for 27 years, along with the deer and trukey should the sit last longer then several months. The cottage is composed of three buildings attached by short hallways with total length around 70' and with of 15' for each of the three building: an old cottage attached to an old barn attached to a metal building which i use as an office space.
