We definitely prefer people who can stay 3 months (or more) as it takes time to get used to Fes.We are most keen on having people with experience of Airbnb hosting / hospitality. You will be living in the house with guests and must be warm, sensitive to differing guest needs and with an eye for detail.There are 3 guest rooms, though we only rent out the whole house - so it may be just one room to a couple or all three to a family or friends. We recently became Superhosts and are getting more bookings - though we are not full all the time. Outside of high season (December) the average has been one booking a week.
