Conveniently located to near by river attractions as well as grocery shopping and restaurants. Property is beautiful and bedroom furniture is brand new. Animals are on a set schedule and well trained. Vegetable garden needs daily sometimes twice daily watering, fresh veggies are yours for picking during your stay. Light house keeping (vacuuming dog hair and a neat kitchen is a must). Chicken coop chores are very organized and simple. Feeding once daily, changing water and picking night dropping from dropping board with a doggie poo bag that is emptied into compost. Please pick up dog poo daily and discard into trash. Our house is situated on 6 acres on the Puerto Rican island of Culebra. Nice views of town, the sea, Vieques and St. Coix from the porches.
There is a live in caretaker on the property in a small casita removed from the main house that will help with all routine maintenance and lawn care.
