Dates somewhat flexible.This area is recovering from Hurricane Helene. All services are in place and almost all roads are open. More and more restaurants and other activities are opening as well. Seeking a reliable, conscientious house sitter to take care of our home on our small farm. We have a farm sitter already who will be taking care of our horses, but we do not want to leave the house unattended for that long. Responsibilities would include taking care of indoor cats and house plants, watering outdoor plants, and just keeping an eye on the property. read more
House sitting for Disabled Brother...he is able to care for himself, but has neuropathy in his feet, which he does well getting around. I would just prefer someone with him during my vacation just "in case."

Seeking a house/dog sitter, I will be leaving the country for a year. Sitters will have an furnished room, washer and dryer, bathroom, garaged parking space, all utilities except internet and cable. The house is fully furnished with a fenced in backyard. The sitter will be responsible for maintaining the home, taking out the trash on trash days, yard upkeep, daily walks for a 4 year old Siberian Husky, feed, bathe, and bring in mail and place in dedicated spot. I will also provide a 10 days of dog boarding so the tenant to be able to have vacation and/or personal time. I would like my dog to get acclimated to another person taking care of him. All applicants must pass a background check and drug screening(for certain drugs). There is a 55.00 application fee. read more
