The Area: South Haven, Michigan sits on Beautiful Lake Michigan, a short 10-15 minute drive from our home. South Haven is a tourist town with a small town atmosphere. Lake Michigan is Truly should be one of the wonders to see, many have visitors think its an ocean because its so big and beautiful. A 3 hour drive to either Chicago or Detroit. If you like Blueberries, we are the Blueberry Capital of the World. In the winter/spring/summer there are multiple hometown activities, Blueberry Festival, Harbor Festival, Ice Breaker festival, craft fairs and more. If you enjoy downhill skiing, we have two great resorts nearby, Bittersweet in Otsego, MI about 45 minutes, and Timber Ridge Ski Resort about 20 minutes from the home.
