The home is located quite near Kaloli Point in Hawaiian Paradise Park in a safe, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We receive trade winds that keep the home comfortable year round. The nearest markets are 20 minutes away north or south of us. Hilo is a half hour away. Our home is a spacious 2 bedroom multilevel home. There is a great room on the main floor that includes kitchen, dining area and living room. A very sweet stray cat, Sam, has adopted us. She comes by 2-3 times a day for attention and food and can be usually be found waiting for us when we call. A landscaper has been hired to come in a few times while we're away so the only required yard work would be light watering if needed (rarely). A vehicle is available for use if you are comfortable with standard transmissions. We only ask that you are responsible in the care of Sam and the property. read more
