We live in an end unit row house in the Brightwood neighborhood in NW DC. We have 2 cats and 1 dog, all of whom are healthy and loving. We would expect you to keep the animals fed and watered, to walk the dog 2-3 times a day as you schedule allowed, to clean the litter box, take in our mail, water our plant, and to otherwise keep the house clean.
Brightwood is a lovely neighborhood in the north of DC with access to bus and metro routes as well as several parks, bars, and restaurants. There is a Walmart down the street and a Safeway a little further away. Our home is a 3 BR/2 Ba that is newly renovated with air conditioning and high speed Wi-Fi. read more
We live in a townhome on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. Sitters would live on the main floor and the recently refurbished in-law suite with access to a front porch and rear deck.
Responsibilities would include caring for a healthy nine-year old cat (feeding, daily litter box cleaning, and a little play time) and watering flowers.
There are many restaurants within walking distance, grocery stores, and shopping. A car would not be required.
