BUT, I've lived in St John, USVI from 2010-2015 and have been back periodically to help some businesses and friends. I had to come back to NC to renovate/rent my house using airbnb and get it sold in Aug 2020. I'm in the perfect transitional period until I help open our next gym in November here in WIlmington, NC. Based on my situation of profiting on the house sale as well as on unemployment, this allows me to help you on the island without issues.
