Our names are Troy and Barb Valente, and we currently live near beautiful Estes Park, CO. We are in our early 40's and have been fortunate enough to be recently part-time retired. Our plan is to move to Puerto Rico in a couple of years to open our own music venue/bar & restaurant as well as manage our vacation rental business. Between now and then we are selling our house, tying up loose ends with our real estate company and getting our kids into college. We are hoping to become professional house-sitters for the next couple of years until we can fully move to Puerto Rico.We currently own a family real estate business, Peak Impact Real Estate, which we run remotely.
