For the past 13 years I have been involved with running a horse rescue foundation and have managed a kitchen with up to 9 employees. I have retired from the kitchen, but can still cook amazing food. I have four kids, all grown.... so this leaves me a lot of extra time on my hands. I love to travel and experience life.
