4 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom split level home in the Spokane Valley. This house has everything: washer/dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, HUGE fenced back yard, deck, and off-street parking. We are searching for someone with EXCELLENT CREDIT, EXCELLENT RENTAL HISTORY, no criminal background, no pets, and a non-smoker to occupy this home immediately until the beginning of June 2010. The rent would be a LOW LOW rate of $500 per month and we expect you to take care of the yard by watering, trimming and mowing, and you pay all utilities.
