Hi there! I am an entrepreneur, school founder and coach - life, executive and motorsports. I don't do drugs, throw parties or drink any more than a couple drinks socially. I am a professional mechanic and carpenter, though those are not my professions any longer. I have restored and kept up 100yr old homes and built new from the ground up. I now work as a coffee importer and a manufacturer of botanical/organic agricultural inputs. I have a number of other projects ranging from automotive focused travel experiences to annuities to a new educational movement I started in 2023 with a small school with grades pre-k to 6th. My friends describe me as a very complicated person with simple needs! As you might could tell, I love to do things and I've never been scared of work. I'm highly motivated by a sense of purpose and responsibility. I'm in a transitionary period of my life and medium to longer term house sitting is the perfect solution. I went through a divorce in 2023. Not a bad experience for either of us involved so no need for condolences! It doesn't feel like the right time in my life to purchase property or even commit to an apt lease though. Most everything I own is already in storage and I am currently renting a friend's tiny home month-to-month. So I'm quite mobile and flexible at the moment. My life is a story of radical transformation. I have always been quite ambitious and hard working, but I did go through some tough periods where I struggled with depression, drugs and alcohol. My own transformation led to my work as a life and executive coach now. I have been mentoring and coaching others for over 12 years now. I do have a criminal record from my younger years. No felonies and nothing violent! I think my last offense was a DUI in 2007. I always provide this info up front to new partners or board members I bring on to my various projects so they know my whole story. I can also provide many references if needed. I do have experience housesitting for friends and their parents in the past and I also have experience landscaping, gardening and taking care of animals. I have a 2 acre food forest project in Sarasota with two friends and I have a small herd of miniature zebu cattle. I have had to step away a bit from the food forest since starting to do more motorsports/driver coaching and I have moved my little cows to a friend's property who is now taking care of them for me. I have raised and trained dogs in the past. I have no problems with any animals whatsoever. |
