We are a professional, family-based household seeking a long-term, on-site estate caretaker or property steward arrangement in the St. Louis area. Our goal is to provide consistent presence, oversight, and stewardship for a private estate while continuing our existing professional careers locally.

This arrangement is ideal for owners who desire peace of mind, discretion, and reliable oversight rather than daily labor.

We are a married couple with two children, based in Chesterfield, Missouri, with deep local roots and stable professional careers.

·         Benjamin Riegel – Electrical & automation engineering expert with 20+ years of experience managing complex systems, facilities, contractors, and safety-critical infrastructure.

·         Anna Riegel – Veteran educator and program leader with 15+ years of experience in leadership, organization, communication, and community stewardship.

We bring a long-term mindset, strong ethics, and a high level of responsibility to any property entrusted to our care.

What We Provide

On-Site Presence & Security

·         Full-time residence on the property 
·         Evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday presence
·         Immediate awareness of unusual activity or issues
·         Natural deterrence through consistent occupancy

Property & Systems Oversight

·         Regular walk-throughs of residences, outbuildings, and grounds
·         Monitoring of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, alarms)
·         Early identification of maintenance or safety concerns
·         Coordination and access management for vendors and contractors

Preventive Care & Documentation
·         Regular house and yard maintenance.
·         Photo documentation and concise status updates
·         Maintenance and observation logs
·         Vendors visit tracking and follow-up
·         Emergency coordination (weather events, power, water, fire alarms)

Discretion & Privacy
