We require a house sitter (Canadian m/f couple preferred but not essential) whilst we are away from 13 Dec 2011 to 13 Mar 2012. The house, on a large landscaped lot, is 2 BR one-and-a-half storey house in the best district of Old Town, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. The house is 23 years old, fully furnished with all amenities incl washer, dryer, dishwasher, big flat screen TV, DVD player, WiFi equipped, garage, BBQ, etc. It is within walking distance to grocery & other shops & many restaurants. But there is no transit service so a car is essential for travel to local attractions (e.g. Niagara Falls) and entertainments. References essential. We have no pets, and nor should you. We have children who do not live with us --- and nor should yours live with you. We shall reply to all applicants and speak to all on short list and interview in person those close enough.
