Hi, I’m Desiree! I’m a mature, dependable professional based in Central Florida with more than 35 years of experience in the real estate and title industry. I’m also a mobile Notary and longtime business owner, so discretion, reliability, organization, and attention to detail have always been an important part of my professional life.
I’m a mother of three grown daughters and a very proud Nana of three. I love traveling, discovering beautiful places, and enjoying the comfort and peacefulness of a home environment.
As a longtime homeowner myself, I understand the trust involved in welcoming someone into your home. I am respectful of privacy and personal belongings and take pride in maintaining a home with the same care and attention I would give my own.
I’m also comfortable caring for indoor cats and small to medium-sized dogs. Pets have always been part of our family, and I understand how important it is to maintain their familiar routines and provide plenty of companionship while their owners are away.
House & Pet Care
My approach to house sitting is similar to providing a personal concierge presence while you are away. I can oversee the day-to-day details of your home, including mail and packages, plants, security routines, pet care, and coordination with trusted service providers.
Should something unexpected arise, I am comfortable communicating with your preferred vendors or property professionals, coordinating access, and keeping you informed so that issues can be addressed promptly and appropriately.
My background in real estate, title work, and Notary services has taught me the importance of confidentiality, professionalism, and careful communication. I also understand that luxury properties may have specialized systems, furnishings, security procedures, and individual household routines. I am happy to learn and follow your preferences carefully.
My goal is simple: for you to travel with complete peace of mind, knowing your home and pets are in capable, caring, and respectful hands.
Current Availability
I’m currently available for both shorter and extended house-sitting opportunities. I’m based in Ocala and particularly interested in Florida’s coastal communities—I’m a beach lover!—although I’m happy to consider opportunities throughout Florida.
I’m also especially interested in the Fairhope, Alabama area, where I have family, and I’m open to traveling farther for the right opportunity.
