I am a single white female, and semi-retired physician and professor at Arizona State University (ASU). I teach classes online to premedical students at ASU and in person classes at Mayo Clinic Medical School to first year medical students. I live most of the year in France in an historic house in a 13th century commune in Dordogne, but I travel worldwide. I love history, historic places, and antiques of all sorts. I have more than a decade of pet- and house-sitting experience (though another service) with all 5-star ratings from owners. I am exceedingly trustworthy, responsible, reliable, communicative, and respectful of the property of others and devote loving (and medical, if needed) attention to pets. Personally, I am fit and active and have no medical issues myself. I am a writer and avid reader and need only reliable internet connectivity for my professional and personal activities. Working online allows me the opportunity to spend the vast majority of my time with pets while house-sitting.I also enjoy gardening and tending to plants and flowers at the homes where I sit. I adore animals of all types and have had several rescue animals over my life. Now, through house-sitting, meeting and bonding with new animals, finding new friends, and acquainting myself with new places fulfills and stimulates me and gives me great joy. I prefer sits of 2-3 weeks or much longer. If I am a match for your needs and preferences for a house-and per-sitter, I hope you will consider me.
