Hello 🙂 We are a couple in our fifties, I am an artist and my husband David is a project manager. We both love France, it's culture, it's people and values and of course it's cuisine!

We have 2 cats here at home and we also love dogs. We enjoy cooking, walking and keeping fit, and we have free time now that our children are grown up. We would love the opportunity to experience staying in France, to house sit and to temporarily love and look after your pets and to help with various jobs as needed. I have worked for the National Trust in the UK maintaining and preparing their holiday cottages ready for their guests for many years. I am now lucky enough to focus on painting and would love to build this into my time while travelling in the lovely scenery in France. We are both keen to work and learn new skills and would just generally enjoy the adventure of new places, new experiences, meeting new people and improving our French language. We responsible, trustworthy and honest and although new to house sitting we are excited to embrace the opportunity and would be available from July 2026.
