Erick comes from a medical background and now works in the wellness and retreat space, with a strong emphasis on calm, restorative environments. He is steady, observant, and deeply respectful of personal space—qualities that are especially valuable in luxury home settings.

Since December 2024, we have been living a fully nomadic lifestyle, which allows us to be highly flexible and location-independent. With appropriate notice, we are available for sits throughout the United States and are especially experienced along the East Coast. Our lifestyle allows us to be present, consistent, and attentive throughout each sit.

From May 20–28, we successfully completed a house and pet sit in near Atlanta,, Georgia, caring for two wonderful Shih Tzus, Dallas (12) and Millie (6), in a well-maintained, comfortable townhouse setting.

The sit began with clear communication and an in-person handover, allowing us to fully understand the household routines and the dogs’ needs. Throughout the stay, we provided consistent, attentive care, including twice-daily feeding (with mindful supervision to ensure each dog was properly fed), fresh water, gentle eye care as needed, and daily walks in the morning and evening. Additional potty breaks were managed via the enclosed patio, maintaining both comfort and routine.

Dallas and Millie are affectionate, calm, and people-oriented companions. We ensured they received ample companionship, play, and quiet time, allowing them to remain relaxed and content whether we were at home or briefly away. Their routines were maintained closely, and both dogs thrived throughout the sit.

In addition to pet care, we looked after the home with the utmost respect—keeping it clean, orderly, and secure at all times. We remained in easy, reliable communication with the homeowner before, during, and after the sit, contributing to a smooth and worry-free experience while she traveled.

The sit concluded with the dogs settled and happy and the home left in excellent condition. This experience reflects our approach to house sitting: responsible, detail-oriented care paired with discretion, reliability, and genuine enjoyment of the homes and pets entrusted to us.
