Dog loving couple with handy helper skills.
I’m a retired executive and my husband is an architect. We’ve raised two amazing kids and now it’s time to travel! We are active, love water sports, art, culture, wine, food, and adventure. Over the years, our pets have included dogs, cats, horses, and reptiles. As a teenager, I showed my dog and as an adult I trained both our whippets as puppies. My husband was raised with horses and learned to ride at a young age. Currently we are pet free with lots of love to give to others’ pets.
In addition to pet sitting for friends, we are conscientious home owners who have meticulously cared and updated our 100 year old home. From a leaking ceiling leading to new pipes throughout, to building a 600 sq ft Mahogany deck ourselves, we know how to manage and maintain a house through unexpected surprises and planned improvements. My husband has been known to fix the leaking toilet in a friend’s pool house while I tend to their garden and harvest vegetables for dinner.
