Hello,

We are a responsible family of five (a couple with three children) currently living in Los Angeles. Our children attend local schools in the neighborhood. We are seeking a 12-month long-term arrangement to live in a guest house while also taking care of the main property.

What we offer:

• Our children are polite, cheerful, and spend most of the day at school

We are originally from the Caucasus region (Ossetians, near the Georgian border). We are not Russian by nationality. We live in the U.S. under legal status and wherever we lived before, we always left only good memories and excellent references.
