We would like to introduce ourselves to those of you who may be interested in hiring a couple of semi-retirees who would love to take care of your place for you when you need to be away :-) 
We are Bob and Tess Lewerke and we'd like to forgo the traditional "business type" resume that any AI engine could create.
We believe that while this would be a business transaction, the act of inviting someone to care for your beloved and hard earned home, animals, pets, plants or other, is a deeply personal one. Therefore, we would like to just give you a brief overview of who we are and who you'd be dealing with.
Details and a resume, along with references can absolutely be supplied if you decide you'd like to pursue interviewing us or even just diving deeper!
First, so we don't waste anyone's time, we have two beautiful border collies that are our kids, our family and the love of our lives (aside from each other of course! Lol)
They are beautifully behaved and we have many 5 star ratings from various Air BnB's across several states that attest to how clean and undamaged we left their places, with no negative reviews from either owner or neighbors. While we owned our own home for more than 30 years in Colorado, we recently sold and moved to Prescott, AZ where we rented a home for 2+ years. Our landlords turned out to be our neighbors and we created such a positive experience with the area that we took care of their kitty, their home and their birds while they were away. We can also supply you with their name and phone number as well as the address of the home we rented (now for sale) to attest to how well we maintained it.
However, we do realize that having other pets around may not be for everyone, so please know that we thank you for reading this far, but understand that you may choose to move on to someone without this additional presence on your property.

Here's a bit about us.
Bob is self employed in the print and media industry.
I am a remote admin for a holistic veterinarian. 
Our obligations are fairly minimal so we do have the time and energy necessary to devote ourselves to your needs.
We both love hiking, tennis, animals!! watching football and eating great food!
I love reading and Bob loves to cook (how lucky am I?)
We are nearing the end of a 2 1/2 month adventure caretaking a 350+ acre property in Colorado but will be ready to enjoy another in late September.

The big question you might have? Why do we want to do this?
To be honest, we both worked and took care of our home and our dogs and did the "usual" for years. We took our handyman skills and remodeled our home in Colorado to sell (hardest decision of our lives!)  We are terribly proud of how it came out and would be happy to supply the address so you can see our work! Once we cut that tie, we realized how wonderful it would be to see the country outside of the "vacation spots" meet people and experience new things. It's been such a great life and we are ready for a new adventure and one that allows YOU to purse yours knowing that when you return, your life can resume knowing all was well taken care of.
