This has been my full-time job doing Pet Sitting for the past seven years. I’m a responsible very organized 65 year-old with a lifetime of experience. I’ve never had any time in my life that I haven’t had animal family members. Presently I have 12 cats and two small dogs. Taking care of companion animals has been something that I’ve done done since since I was 14 and I volunteered at our local veterinary clinic and animal shelters. Over the last 10 years. I was heavily involved in animal rights/welfare Cat colony management TNR and I was an organizer for two nonprofits. I also have experience caring for chickens, bunnies, and other companion farm animals. My life has been dedicated to loving and helping and caring for animals. I have animal care, first aid training and can administer oral medication, injections, and IV fluids under the skin. I am also certified member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants. While staying at your home, I can water plants bring in mail, put out garbage cans or any other tasks that you might need so that you will be stress-free on your vacation. I feel staying at your home is the best option for companion animals. No worries about taking them to a strange place and I’ll keep you up-to-date with photos and text just enough to ease your mind. Visits prior to staying at your home can be arranged so that your fur baby can get used to me. Every individual has different personalities and some take longer than others to adjust. Let me give your babies the love and care and attention that they would never get an boarding facility or to be fearful of being in someone else’s strange home wondering if you’ll return. In your home I will follow your instructions and your schedule so that there are little changes as possible. Everything is safe and secure, and your baby will have their regular routine.
