Franciska Rauwenhoff is a talented creative in photography, interior design, and jewelry design. Born in Bombay and of Dutch heritage, Franciska began her professional journey as an international model, working in vibrant cities such as New York, Paris, Milan, and Greece, before discovering her passion for photography and family. She now collaborates part-time with her husband, Michael. He grew up on Sydney's Northern Beaches, is the founder of his own production agency, W Creative Productions, which specializes in video production, photography, and online marketing. Adding to his creative edge, Michael was trained in Radio and TV by Max Roley. Together, Franciska and Michael have successfully renovated over 20 properties in locations including Sydney, Byron Bay, Holland, and Bali. Currently based in Sydney, the couple enjoys a dynamic lifestyle centered around family, friends, with balance between city and nature. They both enjoy activities such as beach outings, nature walks, surfing, skiing, and unwinding in beautiful environments. With their home presently being renovated abroad, Franciska and Michael embrace the opportunity to move around freely and are passionate about house-sitting. They both share in a non-for-profit forest estate in Holland. They cherish the experience of looking after beautiful homes and have cared for many luxury properties and estates in Holland, Sydney, and Byron Bay for fortunate families. Franciska also speaks five languages, including Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, and German. Both Franciska and Michael grew up surrounded by a variety of animals, including horses, cats, and beloved dog breeds such as Dachshunds, German Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes, Staffies, and Golden Retrievers. They are keen gardeners and take pride in creating and maintaining beautiful spaces. Michael holds a boating and radio licence, he loves fishing and has a huge passion for sailing since he was a youngster. Franciska grew up on lakes in Holland and her father built a wooden boat which is still in service on their trips to Holland. Known for their warm and friendly nature, Franciska and Michael are approachable and genuine. As experienced Airbnb managers, they are open to assisting with pets, home renovations, and general house maintenance. They are proud parents to three grown children, who are abroad and in Sydney.
