I may be new to house sitting with this site and type of service, but not new to being in lots of beautiful homes! I'm a trusted Real Estate Advisor in North Florida (among the Top 5%) who appreciates beautiful homes and the people who own them!

A little about me: I graduated from Florida State (a while back), was a former trial paralegal. I am single, non-smoker, Spanish speaking, energetic woman who loves immersive experiences! I enjoy music, culture, outdoors, gardening, cooking, scuba diving, farmers markets and I love homes!

I'm offering to stay at your property for a few reasons....1) a change of geography 2) an opportunity to help you; and by doing so you help me! You see, my house was severely damaged in Hurricanes Ian & Nicole with flooding. It will be awhile before it can be rebuilt. I guess I'm missing some of the nesting/fluffing I would to do to make things "just so"and will respect your home. There's something about "Home" that grounds us! I would like to be able to help you by providing you with peace of mind. I know who to call or handle a situation that may come up while you are away. I'm cool under pressure should I need to handle a surprise home maintenance situation.

So, I am available for a weekend, a week or longer depending on the location (US & International) and if it's the right fit/timing for us both. In the last 2 years, I've traveled to St. Lucia, Bali, Dubai, Egypt, Fiji and Central America. I know you will feel at ease with someone who can adapt easily, and provide you with peace of mind while your away. Thank you for your time and consideration!
