To whom it may concern,

I have known Wayne Shirley for over 10yrs. As a traveling professional when a situation arose that I needed someone to stay and watch over my home a few years ago it was an easy choice to ask Wayne. Prior to this Wayne has helped me with small projects around the house, stopped by my place to assess damage when a large tree fell in a storm into my house and has helped me prepare my house for Airbnb guests. It is without reservation that I would recommend Wayne to house sit/house caretaker. During his 3 months at my place, he was very clean and respectful to the house and my property. He was great at communication and keeping me abreast of any situation that came up.
