Description:

We have a vacation home rental on north side of Colorado Springs and are looking for a responsible couple to watch the home for us while we are out-of-state. This in NOT a second home for us but a business called Peak Vista. The couple we are looking for can stay in the home which is fully furnished, but would need another place to go when rented out. The primary aim of this vaca rental is to be rented out as much as possible.  Thus the ideal couple would have friends in the area that they can stay with or a camper to stay in while guests are staying in the home. Because of this inconvenience, the couple would be paid in addition to staying in the home on-and-off.
