Description:

3 Bedroom on 2.2 acres. Need someone cable of lifting as we heat our home with an outdoor wood boiler and this will need to be kept running so as not to freeze the pipes in the boiler. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat. Outside we have 24 chickens in coops that will need fed and watered daily and eggs collected daily, in this cold I go out about every 2 hours so they don't freeze
