A cozy 2 bedroom terraced cottage where the river Liffey flows into Dublin Bay. A 25 minute walk to the city centre, the area is quiet and serene and contains every possible amenity: parks, beaches, playground, sporting pitches, marina all within a 25 minute walk of the city centre. 

Very good public transport links are right in the neighbourhood and it is a 25 minute cab ride from Dublin airport. But there are also very good bus links to the airport with a stop just a short walk from the house. 

 The house is equipped with cable tv, wireless broadband, washer dryer, gas fired central heat. 

 There are two cats and a dog resident who are the primary reason for a house sitter. The dog is a 1+ year old lurcher (greyhound/wolfehound mix) who is still quite puppy-ish. She requires regular bathroom walks and a lengthier walk where she can run off some of her energy once a day at a minimum. 

 The cats need minimal care, keeping food and water dishes full and regularly changing the litter box but could also do with some affection so ideally any house sitter will have enough love for all my creatures.
