Small rural lake front home with beautiful views, north of Manhattan KS. Wildlife and bird lovers please apply! This is a migration stop and you can view sometimes tens of thousands of migrating gulls, pelicans and dozens of eagles, as well as other wildlife like turkeys, deer and rabbits.
We need house and pet sitting services periodically for as long as we live here. Our dogs have two fenced in areas to use, no walking necessary, and we have a neighbor that can also help with them. We have 7 dogs and sometimes one foster dog. We also have a flock of layer chickens which need to be fed and closed up at night.
House sitter would have lake access for exploring and fossil finding. It really a KS oasis where we live. :)
We prefer someone with experience handling several dogs. The road is tough to navigate so 4WD or AWD is a plus...
