5 bed detached property with pets to look after . Our house is situated in Chigwell, close to the tube station and 30mins from Central London. Our house is located in a leafy suburb, with a park across the road, fields behind and a local pub, shops, beauty salon and restaurants all within walking distance. Chigwell is a lovely, safe, family area. A bit about our house: Our house is 400 years old, but don't worry- it has all the character of an old house but all the comfort and amenities of a modern house. As well as 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a shower room, downstairs there is a music room with piano, tv room, study, lounge, kithcen/dining room, laundry room and toilet. Outside there is also a granny flat with a upstairs and downstairs bedroom and lounge area. The lounge and tv room are fully equipped with television, dvd player, playstation, x box and wifi. The kitchen is newly refurbished with an AGA if you fancy getting 'english country' with your cooking, as well as an electric oven, hobs, bread maker, Tefal Acti-fry, espresso/cappuccino machine etc. We also have a housekeeper who comes four days a week to clean, do laundry and iron and will continue to work while we are away. This house, with a giant christmas in the front garden, is perfect for any family who wants to enjoy an English Christmas!
Finally, the important part: we have 4 chihuahuas, 3 cats, a rabbit and a parrot. All are pretty independent but obviously need feeding and watering. Ideally, you would come to us a couple of days before we go away so that you can meet the pets, and we can walk you through the house.
