Beautifully restored, historic home near downtown St. Louis in need of a long-term house sitter. The house is in a community where the neighbors are close-knit and is less than 2 miles away from the Arch. The house is three stories + basement + big backyard. Due to the size of the house, I would prefer a mature adult or couple. I need the house to be maintained, cleaned on a regular schedule, light bulbs to be changed, light gardening and mowing the grass, any small repairs as needed. The housesitter will be responsible for the utilities. I will also need access to the house every few months for 5-10 days. No drinkers or drugs please. Please provide references.
