Description:

We live in Sun City Festival, a Del Webb 55+ resort-style community just outside Phoenix. Our 2,700 sq ft home is beautifully furnished and includes a private courtyard, pool, and outdoor living spaces. Community amenities include resort pools, fitness centers, pickleball, tennis, golf, and miles of walking paths. We have one friendly senior cat who would not do well being boarded. She is on a raw-food diet that requires warming and feeding three times daily. She sleeps much of the day but enjoys companionship in the evenings. Phoenix weather in May is warm and sunny, making it a wonderful time to enjoy the area and our community.
