My comfortable 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features a lovely screened porch and a large above-ground pool with an expansive deck—perfect for enjoying the late August summer evenings.Lebanon offers a wonderful small-town atmosphere with a historic public square, local shops, and excellent nearby parks like Cedars of Lebanon State Park. Plus, you are just a short drive away from all the world-class music, dining, and excitement of downtown Nashville. This is the perfect spot for someone looking for a quiet home base to explore Middle Tennessee.
The Assignment & Duties: The main responsibilities for this sit are property maintenance and keeping the home secure. There are no pets to care for, making this a highly flexible stay for the right person. Pool Maintenance (Primary Duty): I have a well-maintained, large above-ground pool that requires daily attention. This is the most important part of the job. You will need to check the skimmer baskets, monitor the automatic vacuum, and keep an eye on things—especially if summer afternoon rain or storms roll through. Plant Care: A few plants will need to be watered daily (or twice a day if the Tennessee August heat spikes).No Yard Work: You do not need to worry about the lawn. I have a mower and take care of the yard maintenance myself; your only outdoor duty is the pool and the plants.Ideal Sitter Requirements:This sit is best suited for a responsible single person or a couple.No children and no outside pets, please. Strictly non-smoking anywhere on the property. Comfortable with basic outdoor/pool care and attentive to weather changes.
