Busy farm and ranch that is transitioning to minimal winter production at main location; other staff on hand (live offsite); about 1-2 hrs a day; no animal chores except cats; some greenhouse checking etc; mostly eyes/ears/presence on main farm in furnished residence; owner/operator teaches globally for 4 months, occasionally pops in but lives privately in an additional private residence-please no housesitter pets are allowed for many reasons-looking forward to having a conversation with you if you are interested!
