This is a premium, asset-only house sitting assignment with absolutely no pet care required.Your primary responsibility is property preservation, daily watering of gardens, security, and reliable staff coordination during the tropical summer season. We have a trusted, regular pool service and gardener who handle all heavy pool and garden maintenance. You simply need to grant them property access while you are home, ensure systems are running smoothly, and secure outdoor furniture and pool/garden accessories, and possibly apply flood protection (sandbags) at some doorways during afternoon rain showers.The hacienda features high-speed internet, air conditioning in bedrooms, and a private pool, making it an ideal setup for digital nomads, remote workers, writers, or couples looking for a peaceful, upscale live/workspace in tropical Mexico. Walkable to the best grocery store in town, many restaurants and convenience stores. Ten minute ride to bustling, lively Romantic Zone and historic Malecon.
Requirements:Proven experience managing high-end properties. Reliably accessible by WhatsApp and phone. Basic Spanish is a plus (to communicate with our wonderful local staff) but translation apps, cultural awareness and patience work, too. Experience with warm tropical climates (managing AC/humidity and storm readiness). Clean background check and excellent references please. |
