I purchased an apartment in the historic center of Veroli (FR), Italy that has an inner private courtyard with a lemon, mandarin and plum tree. There are other plants in the garden as well. The apartment has a master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms, two sitting rooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen that overlooks the courtyard. There is also a cellar below the apartment. The village of Veroli is at the base of a slope, that is located on top of a hill which overlooks the Ernici Mountain range in the Lazio region and Frosinone Province.
My apartment is on the first floor and there are two other residents in the building. One on the first floor and one on the second floor. This is a historical building and I will be starting the process of doing some restoration on all of the windows, doors, shutters, etc…
I am looking for a house sitter, that can provide light garden care, light cleaning and security for my apartment in this beautiful quiet village. I will be traveling back and forth from Italy to the US in three month intervals. |
