My house is in a 1960s residential neighborhood on the northeast side of town with a finished basement for a house sitter and also a guest room on the main floor that a house sitter could use. I have two friendly cats that like people! They need to be fed canned food twice a day and I prefer the sitter not be away for more than 4 hours at a time. One cat has early stage kidney disease so he needs subcutaneous fluids 2 days a week which can be done at the vet's office. Indoor plants will need watering. No dogs allowed - they are afraid of dogs. Because Cheyenne is the capitol of Wyoming, a railroad hub, a military base, and the home of Cheyenne Frontier Days, there are museums, historical activities, a symphony orchestra, a civic center and little theater for live performances, Check this link for specifics: https://www.cheyenne.org/blog/post/top-historical-things-to-do/
