READ FIRST - IMPORTANT Ideally, we would have a sitter for the entire period. However, it is also possible for the assignment to be shared among several sitters. The minimum duration is 3-4 weeks. Ideally, it would be a single, female sitter. For the period from January 15th to February 15th, we still have the situation that one of us will be partially present.
Dear Sitters,
We own a great Villa by the lake, 3 floors. We are also passionated bnb hosts. We will go on a longer holiday then and home sitting, pet sitting and bnb cleaning/guest service are required. I have to emphasize the importance of the bnb support which is quite a responsible and demanding task.
The Villa is in the middle of Switzerland, top modern, very popular. Basically a dream to stay here.
The service would include:
- taking care of the Villa (inside, not a lot to be done). - taking care of the Villa’s garden area (may be 3-4 hours per week) - taking care of our cat (feeding 2x/day, caressing, super easy going) (These tasks are not paid, neither any transportation to us) - cleaning the bnb facilities, welcoming guests (paid).
Our bnb belongs to the most popular Airbnbs in Switzerland. The bnb requires high quality, speed and passion for cleaning rooms. There will be approximately 7-8 such cleanings during over a month, being done in 3-4 hours per cleaning. The whole guest management is done by us online. Each cleaning is paid with 100 Swiss francs, the home and pet sitting is not paid monetarily. Welcoming guest is also part of this job-
