Simply house sit a two bedroom, two bathroom house and care for indoor plants. There are raised beds outside if you care to have your own garden. The house is 1850 sq. ft. high efficiency construction and sits on top of a hill in western Fairbanks, with views all the way to Denali 180 miles away. A very large patio provides excellent views for dining, relaxing or just enjoying the sun. Extensive hiking trails start right out the back door. All utilities will be covered by owner.
