A 2 bedroom terraced cottage where the river Liffey flows into Dublin Bay. A 20 minute walk to the city centre, the area is quiet and serene and contains every possible amenity: parks, beaches, playground, sporting pitches, marina all within a 20 minute walk of the city centre. Very good public transport links are right in the neighbourhood and it is a 25 minute cab ride from Dublin airport. But there are also very good bus links the airport with a stop just a short walk from the house. The house is equipped with cable tv, wireless broadband, washer dryer, gas fired central heat. There are two cats and a dog resident who would require some measure of care by the house sitter. The dog goes to doggy day care m-f all day and is collected and returned to the house by the dog minders. She would require additional walks duirng the week and lengthier exercise at the weekends. The cats need minimal care, keeping food and water dishes full and regularly changing the litter box. |
